CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. Easy to make and super delicious. I'm seriously drooling at the thought of them. Crispy crust with a warm chocolately chewy center.... All I can say is YUMMMMM!!! I have made my fair share of these cookies over the years. From cookie mix to freezer version, even from scratch, somehow, they all in some way tasted the same. (Probably because they were all based off the same recipe....oopsie) For my first entry on my blog I needed something different, something with a twist. And then I found these....
I stumbled across a chocolate chip cookie recipe on niemanmarcus.com. Cookie recipe on a shopping site? Strange, I know. But if it is on neimanmarcus.com it must be delicious. AND IT WAS! And the best part -- definitely a twist off the classic. Just what I needed. It has a higher brown sugar to granulated sugar ratio, that mixed in with the instant coffee and the chocolate... a lot of bit DELICIOUS in your mouth.

Next time? I'm thinking .... CUPCAKES!!
